iRest® Meditation Series

In this 4 week series, you will learn the 10 steps of iRest® and its principles to feel calm in any given moment. 


iRest®, an easy to learn accessible form of meditation designed for modern everyday living. It was initially developed several decades ago for the U.S. military population at Walter Reed Army Medical Center to help ease the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and has since been found to support the healing over a broad range of populations. It is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and evidence-based and classes are held in a safe and supportive environment.



iRest® releases stress and anxiety allowing a deep experience of relaxation and ease. It heals unresolved issues and traumas present in the body and mind. 


iRest® restores underlying peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances in life. 


Workbook and recordings for home use are provided.

Support is available between sessions to answer any questions that may arise.

No prior experience is necessary.
