In private iRest meditation Zoom sessions, you are guided through the practice of iRest®, an easy to learn an accessible form of meditation designed for modern everyday living.

Overcome Anxiety Clinic

 

This clinic is designed to help people who suffer from the anxiety of everyday life as well as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
